When you shop at MyLittleCupcake.se you enter into the agreement below.
Payment and prices
You pay securely by card via Klarna Checkout. Your order is activated only when full payment has reached us, no later than 2 days before the booked delivery day. Our prices include VAT, 6% for baked goods and for delivery.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver to the stated address and date according to our delivery prices. Delivery takes place between 09:00-12:00, 12:00-15:00 or 18:00-21:00 Mon-Fri and the customer must sign for receipt. We deliver within this time window. Corporate deliveries can take place at any time by agreement. If, against expectations, you are not present during the agreed time, you will be charged in full. Delivery further than 25 km from Vällingby costs an extra 100:- per started 10 km.
Pickup takes place at Grimstagatan 19 in Vällingby on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, or as agreed between the customer and My Little Cupcake.
Please note that you can only pick up your order on the day you have agreed with us. If the buyer does not pick up within the agreed time, the order may be forfeited, and pickup will then take place at the next agreed opportunity.
We make two attempts to call the customer on delivery. If the customer, against expectations, does not answer, the customer may pick up the order at Grimstagatan 19 or be charged a new delivery fee.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made from the customer's email address no later than 72 hours before the booked delivery day. If payment has been made, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
Complaints
If the product has not lived up to your expectations, complaints must be made by email. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product. The product must be returned to us, or you can send us a photo of the product so that we can make an assessment. As our products are perishable goods, there is no right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
Booking & Ordering
Orders should be placed at least one week in advance. We make all orders by hand and if we have time we will of course help even if you are ordering at the ”last minute”. Corporate orders placed less than 48 hours in advance incur an express fee of 250 kr excl. VAT – this applies whether you choose delivery or pickup. When ordering you must accept our General Terms and Conditions. The order becomes active in our system only after full payment has reached us. Or via payment with Klarna.
Our products
Our products are handmade and may therefore vary in appearance and shape.
Force Majeure
My Little Cupcake is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as illness, accidents, extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen events.
Personal data and confidentiality
My Little Cupcake only uses your personal data to administer orders and to send offers and promotions.
